what phone have you got fatgally? i have got a k800i and they are really handy little phones and you can get some real nice pictures from it. i never have it on the full 3.2 though, just high quality 2mp as it does me. (the pictures in this thread by me i think were taken on either my current phone or my old one(K750i))

Its been a while since i last posted...

Ive been becoming inspired by some of Jon Adams work and tried some ideas of his.

Just trying something a little arty, trying to build up some ideas of my own too...

Heres the best one:

This is straight off the cam no Photoshop (barr the boarder and watermark) but all you DSLR users all know this is long exposure.

But yea anyway, I used a match to create the winding effect crawling up the head stock of my guitar.

What do ya all think?

looks cool, only bit i can see wrong is the match is showing on the bottom left line. i also would have gone for the guitar being upright and central but that is just me being rather pedantic.

I have finaly got myself enough money to buy my new camera, im so looking forward to using it.

I'm getting a Nikon D2Hs 4.1 MegaPixel

I'm also going to get a 10mm Sigma and hopefully the 18-200 Tamron

I'm becoming a little fustrated with my D80 as there is way to much distortion and colour displacement. Its OK on the tripod when im Landscaping but when using it at a gig, the RGB guessing is way too random so I have decided to use a smaller amount of pixels so the D2Hs can make more of an acurate guess on what colours need to be used.

Its also nice to be able to use the D80 as a back up just incase something goes horrificly wrong with my new camera.

Anyway, I think ive made a good choice. Any views on the D2Hs at all?
