What information do you need when I book?
A phone contact number (pref mobile)
A band name (pref) or your name
Details of what equipment you need in addition to the room, PA and bass amp (i.e drums and/or guitar amps)
What happens if i need to cancel the rehearsal?
Nothing....if you give us at least 24 hours notice.
The room price is still payable if you give less than 24 hours notice.
What times are you open?
12 noon to 12 midnight six days a week, 12 noon to 9pm on Saturdays. Rehearsals run every three hours (12-3, 3-6 etc)
What if I am CMS?
(Ignore this question if you dont know what it means)
You will need to state this when booking, if you dont, you may be charged full rates. You will need to bring a valid membership card with you.
How far in advance do I have to book in order to get in?
Sometimes you can get in next day, if someone else has cancelled. Otherwise its best to allow as much time as possible, a week or more preferably. Its also a good idea to have a couple of dates/times that all band members can make before trying to book. That way, if you cant have your first choice, you may be able to get your second choice.
How do I pay?
We accept cash or card (credit or debit). Payment in full is due at the end of your rehearsal. If a band member cant pay his/her share, it will need to be covered by the other band members. _________________
