I'm thinking about upgrading my guitar army with a new addition, unfortunately though this means letting some of the current members go!
Basically what I have is an ibanez SZ520QM in pretty good nick, about 2/3 years old, in quilt blue finish (which they no longer do). I've also chucked out the crappy IBZ 'bucker in the bridge and fitted a spanking new bareknuckle nailbomb humbucker, which gives it a hell of a lot more attack and bite, beautiful vintage crunches or ridiculous harmonic-rich leads, really versatile pickup (I've been using it with 12 guage strings for downtuned metal chugging lately).
The guitar cost ?300 new and the pickup was another ?100 to boot, so I'd be looking at about ?250 for it? Anyone interested? Pics can be supplied soon if needed (though there's a pic of it in the gear thread and a pic of the identical model in quilt burst on the ibanez site, and the guitar has no damage to speak of apart from some tiny scratches accumulated through standard use).
