I'm looking for musicians to start a band in the vein of dogs d'amour,hanoi rocks,quireboys,faster pussycat,the black crowes,new york dolls and many more.
You must have good equipment,a great image,be willing to travel and have a drive to succeed and want to go as far as possible with this (I don't plan on this being just another pub band)

Answring you post about starting a rock band. I'm interested, Played Guitar for many many years, own 4x12, 5150 head, guitars and transport. I'm a big fan of the 80s rock/metal sound, Van Halen, Skid row, GnR, W.A.S.P. not sure if this is the sound you were thinking of, not sure if my image would fit either (cut off my long hair years ago).

iv tried loads, to meet peeps into this genre unfortunately theres not many of us around and very few posts of starting up a band like this
well influences are endless, at the mo im listening more to bands like vains of jenna, trashlight vision and backyard babies, im very serious about a band
