JB's just sound boring to me and most heavy guitarists dont like them because of the spikey nature of the sound. Theres nothing wrong with a JB, they're just a bit fatiguing to listen to and seymour duncan make better pickups than that.

Olly, Engl offered me an endorsement too, i know have to decide between them and krank!

Yeah i'll probably go for a fireball, its pretty simple and i know how bomb proof they are. I'll see what the Engl rep will bring down with him, i'm open to trying an invader or a screamer too.

I love the new Kranks, theyre very good amps and responsible for some awesome guitar tones that i love, but i'm more familiar with Engls.

if i had a bit more cash id look at an invader. The most expensive il go is for the powerball, but the fireball sounds like a safe bet.

Yeah Fireball is pretty much the stuff dreams are made of! If i go for the Fireball i'll get a matching 2x12 pro cab too, i dont think i'll need all the features and tone shaping of the invader.

Sounds like a plan to me. I reckon il go for a fireball. When is your ENGL rep coming down to you? I emailed them asking if it would be better for me to go up to p-town and try some out with their distributor...but if they have someone who can come to me that would be easier haha.

I dunno yet, its a roster wide endorsement so it'll probably mean me going to oxford to try them. Typically i had a good tone night last night, the Laney was pumping and sounding better than ever, my new speakers are on the verge of breaking in and everything is working too well! Its made me think twice about Engl & Krank!
