Well I'm kind of assuming it's a Region 0...when I first tried to play it on my computer it asked me to change the region.

I think it means it will play on any DVD player or something...

I bought it off Ebay ages ago, it comes in a CD case rather than a DVD case too strangely.

All music DVDs should be Region 0 - it means it'll work anywhere. You just have to watch buying them from the states as they'll be NTSC, which some PAL TVs don't like (it's not such a problem with LCD screens though).
