Birthdays can suck it as far as I'm concerned, they're usually completely lame for me. However last year's was great as Sausage and I went to the Waffle House for Brunch, then went and watched Rambo IV which was fucking great. Add in the obvious birthday rutting and you've got a winning combo!
When I turn 30 there are two choices - either have a massive piss up and try not to die, or just treat it with the disrespect it deserves and sit at home, weeping into a pillow about just how much you've wasted your twenties. Definitely the latter for me in three years' time! _________________

I'm 30 in December. It happens that I'm going to Germany the weekend before for Chrimbly market goodness and to London the weekend after for luvvying up, so I guess all I'll be doing for the birthday itself will be A Nice Meal with friends.
Good enough for me! _________________ [Likes Japanese boys and still listens to A-ha]

Yeh birthdays as you get older do suck. majorly.
But I did have a good one this year (despite my age) really nice pressies from my bloke and a very drunken BBQ where I had a pinata!
Picked the tackiest one I could find (hula girl!), filled it with sweets and bashed the living daylights out of it!!!
Those things take quite some battering I can assure you!!!
I find fireworks are very productive in the 'bursting' of pinatas.
I'll bear that in mind lol
Thought they would have put together by Filipino children but it actually took about 10 mins and numerous adults to behead it!!!!!! _________________ "we're all just germs with shoes"

Jeez you lot are making me feel old!!!!
If its any consolation, being in my 30's has been the best time of my life. You know who you are and what you like and I can honestly say I've never been happier...oh fuck, I sound like Trisha
True though, you should try looking forward to the dirty 30's!!! _________________ "we're all just germs with shoes"

erm... i am in my 30s. and i feel the same as i always have. just with a few lumps and bumps. like i have a collapsed nerve in my left arm so i have pins and needles in it, my elbows both click as do my knees. i've broken more bones than most people on here, i was very nearly blown to pieces last week, and today i seem to have become the human lightning conductor as i've so far had 4 electric shocks. and the day is still young.
no, no. i agree. never been happier! _________________ still lowering the average iq since 1975
