Yamaha Magicstomp UB99 - closest thing to a Eventide rack unit without breaking the bank. Capable of some extreme sounds... reverse reverbs, modulated filters, super-long reverbs (up to 99 seconds), distortions, amp modelling, acoustic guitar & mic simulations, multi-tap delays, symphonic chorus, multi-voice pitchshifting, etc, etc. Can connect to computer via USB for easy editing.

Yes, it's got a tuner and you can alter the reference tuning (up or down from A=440 Hz)
