If so can some one link me?

I've looked on various website, but quite frankly, i dont understand what theyre going on about!

The only thing I can think of is that some mobiles use mini-usb as the interface for their headphone sockets... Dunno where to get one though - ebay?

You can make one out of a pair of headphones and a usb lead.
I had to make an adaptor for my headphones for my phone by cutting and soldering the adaptor for the handsfree wire to a stereo jack.
It's really simple.
