ive looked all over the internet, help forums etc and cant find a solution to my problem. usually when you rewire reason to any other daw, you have to open what you want to be the master first and then open reason afterwards as a slave. whenever ive done this with ableton its synced itself up automatically but for some reason when i open reason it wont sync itself with logic. any ideas? _________________ no explanation marks allowed

I don't use either program, so I cna't offer specific advice, but I know from experience that ReWire is a pain in the arse.
In Sonar, you have to add ReWire programs to a track/bus as a soft synth, and it automatically opens the program with the syncing already done. Maybe it works the same in Logic? I honestly don't know, I've never used it - I know a few people that do, so I'll ask then for you!
