Yep i have had to come running to you for helps with wireless networking. Thing is i have a mac connected to it and its working fine i know this as i am using t now. Now my parents want me to connect their windows laptop to it and things are not going so well.
I managed to get it connected to the wireless network as indicated by one of them little bubbles that pops up and says bigchipnet connected signal strength excelent.
I thought brilliant that was less hard than i thought interets here i come. I opened IE and nothing it comes up with the cannot connect to the internet page. I went into internet options and set it not to dial up and tryed again but still no joy.
I tryed to ping the network and it lost all 4 packages
So despite it saying it is connected it appears not to be and i have no idea whats wrong.
Oh im using the windows zero utility thing to connect and its xp home.
